Im not fimilar all conditions, so read the manual is a pain! We spent almost two hours and couldnt get it to work and read everything in the manual, which was not much help. They say u can do with it, but go to ** and then says, in what he does, but use it to go to page ** and so on. And in the end still could not understand. So we called tech support and have been great! Within 5 minutes we had a person walking through and help us do well. The problem was our fault if the correct cable for the execution of Walmart and set up. The cable was only ten dollars, so no big deal. theres so many possibilities and things that u can set it to seem confusing at first, but its only a day or two and we're already getting used to it. Gave 4 stars because of the manual is confusing. So far so good! Recommended buy. The reason for the acquisition was to get surround sound for games like the PS3 n 360 We just had a DVD player with speakers and only make noisetwo front speakers. Now we have the sound through all speakers for movies, games and TV!

I have not seen in the comments, so I thought I'd pass this on. I looked forward to the removal of all components, coaxial cables and optical fiber and go with HDMI from my Tivo HD and a Sony Blu-Ray player. I can do this until I select HDMI 1 -3.

But if I assign the function to be used to assign inputs HDMI1 BD HDMI3 or input to the SAT, only the video are not enabled audio. To get the audio, you run a coaxial cable from the Blu-ray and a fiber optic cable from Tivo at BD and Sat. A note on Sony's website confirmed.

I have this receiver for about a month now and am getting used to. And 'one of the cheapest-7.1 system and for the money, it's really hard to beat. Although not the capacity S-AIR tried, I bought it with the hope that it will be useful one day (perhaps to some external speakers). As with most receivers true, my opinion is that the sound is really the quality of the speaker and not the device itself. If enough power to push the loudspeakers was decent. Where units are different for the equalizer. Most units are manual settings very little because only the basic keys and violin, but most are adapted as films, concerts, jazz, etc. This is very little built-in manual settings and defaults for ' use, in my opinion a bit '. These adjustments are important because different sound speakers and small speakers, which most people use for surround sound grip have very little support. Yes NoEED appropriate manual setting, and Sony can not in this category. In addition, programming is just embarrassing. It works with many of my PS3 and TV. Agree linked reviews of this receiver belongs. I fear this is an entry-level receiver, but overall I was free. I am an academic learning and not necessarily enable a receiver 5 or 600 U.S. dollars. I have this receiver for $ 210, and adulation! The apperceive there are bigger out there, but this is great. Polk Audio I have a bureaucracy with this unit is big and full. I absolutely accept complaints on this receiver.
